We’re seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Office & Customer Support Coordinator to join our team. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic startup environment and is excited to take ownership of both customer service and internal team support.
What You’ll Do:

- Greet visitors and manage the front desk as the first point of contact
- Keep reception and kitchen areas stocked with essentials (coffee, water, reception fridge, etc.)
- Receive incoming mail and packages; route them to the correct department or team member
- Monitor cleaning staff to ensure tasks are completed and supplies are stocked properly
- Answer incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate department (sales or warehouse)
- Answer customer support emails for our 3PL client (Shopify-based brand with ~100 orders/day)
- Provide order updates, process discount codes, and escalate refund/chargeback requests as needed to management
- Track warehouse employee attendance (noting late arrivals, early departures, or missed/late lunches)
- Distribute warnings/notices for policy violations prior to termination (with owner approval)
- Collaborate with management on process improvements and team communication
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Professional and approachable demeanor (front desk presence)
- Comfortable navigating Shopify or willing to learn quickly
- Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion
- Dependable and detail-oriented work style
- Previous office/admin, customer service, or HR experience a plus but not require
